Who runs this. Brand Reviewer is run by Thomas Henlin.
What happens to your file. Your file is prepared in your browser, then sent through our server to the AI provider you selected. Our server does not store your file, the extracted content, your brief or your result. Your result appears only in your browser session and is lost when you leave the page, unless you print or copy it.
AI providers. We use Anthropic or OpenAI, as shown before you start. Each processes your file under its own terms.
- Anthropic: inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days by default. Content flagged for a usage policy violation can be kept up to 2 years, and safety scores up to 7 years. It does not train on commercial API data by default.
- OpenAI: abuse-monitoring logs are kept for up to 30 days, longer if the law requires it. We ask OpenAI not to store responses. It does not train on API data by default.
We have no zero data retention agreement with either provider.
What we do record. Counts only: the tool used, the model, whether it worked, duration, tokens and estimated cost. To limit usage, we keep a hashed version of your network address for two days. The hash changes daily.
What you should know. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes traffic to deliver the service. Providers are based in the United States, so data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU. Do not upload third-party personal data or health data about individuals.
Limits. Results are AI-generated opinions. They can be wrong. The heatmap is a prediction and not eye tracking. Comments on claims are preliminary and are not regulatory or legal approval.
